Fall in Motion: Fashion Feeds and Walk-Run-Bike for Food 2025
This fall season featured elegance, movement, and generosity as Feed the Hungry San Miguel hosted two of its most anticipated events of the year. Our community showed once again that when purpose meets participation, the impact is powerful. We opened the season with the stylish and heartfelt Fashion Feeds runway brunch in September, followed by the high-energy Walk-Run-Bike for Food Challenge 2025 in October. Both events united our supporters in meaningful ways, all helping nourish children across 39 schools and communities.
Fashion Feeds at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende
Our Fashion Feeds fundraiser opened the season on September 28, as guests arrived for a festive brunch experience set against the beautiful backdrop of Rosewood San Miguel de Allende. San Miguel fashion lovers filled the venue to the max to celebrate style with a purpose. The runway was vibrant with designs that brought elegance to life while raising awareness for the importance of child nutrition.
Thanks to local designers, generous attendees, and partners such as Wear SMA, The Agency, and Rosewood, the event reached full capacity, filling the garden with excitement and goodwill. Every donation and every moment on the runway reinforced our mission: fashion can inspire, uplift, and help feed the children who depend on our meals.

Walk-Run-Bike for Food Challenge 2025 at Viñedo Dos Búhos
Fashion Feeds brought glamour, then the Walk-Run-Bike for Food Challenge brought movement, enthusiasm, and pure joy. With approximately 500 participants, this year’s event became one of our most memorable. Families, school groups, corporate allies, athletes, and supporters joined forces to walk, run, or bike through the vineyard paths of Viñedo Dos Búhos, each step helping support the nutrition of children throughout San Miguel.
The morning kicked off with an energetic Zumba warm-up that had everyone smiling and ready to go. Soon after, the routes came alive with children running ahead, bikes rolling through the vines, families walking together, and participants cheering each other on. The atmosphere was full of camaraderie, color, movement, and pride.
A Special Thank You to Engel & Völkers
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Engel & Völkers, our main corporate ally for the Walk-Run-Bike for Food Challdenge 2025. Their enthusiastic participation and generous support played an essential role in bringing this event to life. Their commitment helps us continue providing balanced meals to children who rely on our program every school day. We are proud to partner with organizations that believe deeply in community impact.
“It was a morning filled with energy, smiles, and the shared belief that every meal matters,” said Jim Castro, Partner Engel & Völkers.
Why These Events Matterdd
Fashion Feeds and Walk-Run-Bike for Food are more than signature events. They represent the spirit of San Miguel: community, compassion, resilience, and joy. They help us raise essential funds, connect with new and long-time supporters, and amplify our mission in powerful ways.
Every step on the runway, every stride on the trail, and every ticket donation helps a child who needs a hot, nutritious meal. These meals fuel learning, growth, and opportunity.
To every participant, fundraiser, event volunteer, designer, school, parent, partner, and donor who made this fall unforgettable: thank you. Your involvement directly strengthens the health of thousands of children across our city and surrounding communities.
As we continue through the 2025-2026 school cycle, we will keep building on this momentum and creating meaningful opportunities for our community to come together in service of a brighter, healthier future for the children of San Miguel de Allende.
